Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in life sciences, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-priority and hard-to-fill scientific and clinical positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, professional networks, and scientific communities.
- Create compelling job postings that attract top-tier talent and reflect our company culture.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and diversity hiring.
- Stay informed about market trends in the life sciences industry, including compensation benchmarks, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused in the life sciences, biotech, pharma, or medical device sectors.
