Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in life sciences, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-priority and hard-to-fill scientific and clinical positions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, professional networks, and scientific communities.
  • Create compelling job postings that attract top-tier talent and reflect our company culture.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and diversity hiring.
  • Stay informed about market trends in the life sciences industry, including compensation benchmarks, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused in the life sciences, biotech, pharma, or medical device sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
