Their skills are crucial in the manufacturing, construction, and automotive sectors, among others, making them indispensable in projects that require solar industries. The precision and quality of a welder's work directly impact the safety and durability of structures and products.Key Responsibilities and DutiesWelders are tasked with several responsibilities that ensure efficient and safe operations while adhering to project specifications and standards. Primary duties include:<ul><li>Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings to understand the project requirements.</li><li>Measuring and cutting metal components to specified dimensions using hand tools, plasma cutters, and metal cutting machines.</li><li>Using different welding techniques like MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to join metal parts together.</li><li>Setting up, maintaining, and operating welding equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Inspecting and testing welds and ensuring that they meet design requirements, safety standards, and structural reliability.</li><li>Applying knowledge of metallurgy and material properties to the welding process.</li><li>Ensuring work is done in compliance with relevant codes such as AWS (American Welding Society) standards.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.</li></ul>Salary Range :Rs. 18000 - Rs. 25000 , based on skills, experience, and interview performanceEducational Requirement :Tenth Pass / Fail CandidateWork Arrangement :Work From OfficeGender Preference :Male onlyExperience Requirement :1 - 2 Years of ExperienceLocation :Seege Halli gate BangaloreWorking Hours :09:00 am - 5:30pm | Monday to SaturdayBenefit:PFESI and OtherContact No: 8618931528Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
