We are hiring a Remote Arabic-Speaking B2B Sales Executive to support and grow our sales activities in the solar and energy equipment sector.This is not a managerial role.The position is performance-based and suitable for candidates who are comfortable working remotely and being evaluated through clear KPIs.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Follow up on inbound and outbound B2B leads</li><li>Communicate with clients primarily in Arabic via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email</li><li>Present and sell solar products (inverters, batteries, panels) based on client requirements</li><li>Update and manage client data in CRM</li><li>Perform consistent follow-up until deal closure</li><li>Coordinate internally on pricing, availability, and delivery</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) &ndash; mandatory</li><li>Working proficiency in English</li><li>Previous B2B sales experience (solar / electrical / industrial products preferred)</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li><li>Strong follow-up discipline and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working with KPIs and basic reporting</li><li>Solar technical knowledge is a plus (training provided)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Terms<ul><li>Base Salary: AED 3,000 (fixed)</li><li>Commission: 5% &ndash; 10% of net profit per closed deal</li><li>3-month probation period</li><li>No visa sponsorship</li><li>Performance-based structure</li></ul>This Role Is NOT Suitable For<ul><li>Candidates seeking managerial or senior positions</li><li>Candidates expecting higher fixed salaries</li><li>Candidates uncomfortable with KPI-driven performance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
