We are hiring a Remote Arabic-Speaking B2B Sales Executive to support and grow our sales activities in the solar and energy equipment sector.
This is not a managerial role.
The position is performance-based and suitable for candidates who are comfortable working remotely and being evaluated through clear KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound and outbound B2B leads
- Communicate with clients primarily in Arabic via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
- Present and sell solar products (inverters, batteries, panels) based on client requirements
- Update and manage client data in CRM
- Perform consistent follow-up until deal closure
- Coordinate internally on pricing, availability, and delivery
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Working proficiency in English
- Previous B2B sales experience (solar / electrical / industrial products preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong follow-up discipline and communication skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs and basic reporting
- Solar technical knowledge is a plus (training provided)
Compensation & Terms
- Base Salary: AED 3,000 (fixed)
- Commission: 5% – 10% of net profit per closed deal
- 3-month probation period
- No visa sponsorship
- Performance-based structure
