Overview Nura Therapy is a growing outpatient clinic based in Fort Worth, TX, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who wants to grow with us and become a core, long-term member of our team. This role is ideal for a provider who values clinical autonomy and is passionate about offering innovative treatments like Spravato and IV Ketamine therapies, alongside traditional medication management.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.</li><li>Provide medication management and follow-up care.</li><li>Diagnose and treat common psychiatric conditions, including ADHD.</li><li>Evaluate patients for eligibility for Spravato and IV ketamine treatments.</li><li>Administer and monitor in-clinic Spravato treatments.</li><li>Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in the EMR.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Location<ul><li>Part-Time / Hybrid: 1 to 2 days per week in-person at our Fort Worth clinic, with the flexibility to add more days as we grow.</li><li>Telehealth: Ability to conduct telehealth visits PRN for follow-ups and medication management.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP</li><li>Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.</li><li>Unencumbered DEA license</li><li>Clean background</li><li>ACLS Certified</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient psychiatry (preferred).</li><li>Comfortable with telepsychiatry and virtual care.</li><li>A collaborative team player looking for a long-term clinical home and opportunities for professional growth.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Flexible schedule.</li><li>Blend of remote / telehealth with in-person days.</li><li>Malpractice insurance coverage.</li><li>A supportive, growth-oriented culture.</li></ul>Pay: From $75.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ft Worth, TX 76126
