Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Outpatient Telepsychiatry / Hybrid

Overview Nura Therapy is a growing outpatient clinic based in Fort Worth, TX, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who wants to grow with us and become a core, long-term member of our team. This role is ideal for a provider who values clinical autonomy and is passionate about offering innovative treatments like Spravato and IV Ketamine therapies, alongside traditional medication management.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
  • Provide medication management and follow-up care.
  • Diagnose and treat common psychiatric conditions, including ADHD.
  • Evaluate patients for eligibility for Spravato and IV ketamine treatments.
  • Administer and monitor in-clinic Spravato treatments.
  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in the EMR.

Schedule & Location

  • Part-Time / Hybrid: 1 to 2 days per week in-person at our Fort Worth clinic, with the flexibility to add more days as we grow.
  • Telehealth: Ability to conduct telehealth visits PRN for follow-ups and medication management.

Experience & Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
  • Unencumbered DEA license
  • Clean background
  • ACLS Certified
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient psychiatry (preferred).
  • Comfortable with telepsychiatry and virtual care.
