Job Overview Plastic Surgery Patient Concierge &amp; Surgical Clinical AssistantLocation: Fairfield, CT 06824 (In-Person) Job Type: Part-Time (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays | 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM) Base Pay: $16.94 per hour Surgical Assistant Pay: $25.00 per hour (on scheduled surgery days)About the Role: looking for a polished, highly organized, and proactive Patient Concierge &amp; Clinical Assistant. This is a unique hybrid role that combines high-end front-office administration with hands-on surgical assisting. You will be the &quot;face&quot; of the practice, managing the patient journey from the first phone call to post-operative care.Key Responsibilities:Front Office Excellence: Answering multi-line phones, managing the Dr.'s schedule, responding to patient emails, and following up on aesthetic leads.Patient Experience: Checking patients in/out, collecting payments, and ensuring the office maintains a five-star aesthetic appearance.Clinical Support: Preparing treatment rooms, assisting the doctor with office procedures (Botox, fillers, biopsies), and performing &quot;Pre-Op&quot; tasks.Surgical Assisting: On surgery days, you will transition to the Operating Room to assist the surgical team, ensuring all protocols are met.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical doctor&rsquo;s office is required.Commitment: We are looking for a candidate available for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.Professionalism: Must maintain a clean, professional medical appearance.
