Location: Fairfield, CT 06824 (In-Person) Job Type: Part-Time (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Base Pay: $16.94 per hour Surgical Assistant Pay: $25.00 per hour (on scheduled surgery days)

About the Role: looking for a polished, highly organized, and proactive Patient Concierge & Clinical Assistant. This is a unique hybrid role that combines high-end front-office administration with hands-on surgical assisting. You will be the "face" of the practice, managing the patient journey from the first phone call to post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Excellence: Answering multi-line phones, managing the Dr.'s schedule, responding to patient emails, and following up on aesthetic leads.

Patient Experience: Checking patients in/out, collecting payments, and ensuring the office maintains a five-star aesthetic appearance.

Clinical Support: Preparing treatment rooms, assisting the doctor with office procedures (Botox, fillers, biopsies), and performing "Pre-Op" tasks.

Surgical Assisting: On surgery days, you will transition to the Operating Room to assist the surgical team, ensuring all protocols are met.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical doctor’s office is required.

Commitment: We are looking for a candidate available for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.

Professionalism: Must maintain a clean, professional medical appearance. Medically safe, groomed fingernails are a requirement for clinical safety.

Traits: Exceptional multitasking skills, a "no-task-too-small" attitude, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Schedule:

Standard Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
