Brand &amp; Storytelling</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and maintain the company&rsquo;s brand voice, messaging, and storytelling strategy across all marketing platforms.</li><li>
Ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, print, B2B, and B2C communications.</li><li>
Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Operations Teams to create compelling brand narratives that differentiate NVB Playgrounds.</li><li>
Collect and leverage testimonials, case studies, and referral content to highlight customer success stories.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Content Strategy &amp; Promotions</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaign<b>s</b> (digital, print, email, and events) from concept through launch.</li><li>
Manage the content calendar to ensure alignment with product launches, sales goals, and growth initiatives.</li><li>
Oversee creation of SEO-driven content including blogs, landing pages, video, graphics, and social media to drive engagement and traffic.</li><li>
Coordinate with external developers and vendors to maximize site performance and optimize for search visibility.</li><li>
Manage referral and promotional programs, ensuring seamless integration into campaigns.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Platform &amp; Project Oversight</b></h3><ul><li>
Update and maintain all customer-facing platforms, including websites, social media accounts, YouTube, and CRM tools.</li><li>
Ensure product information online is accurate, up to date, and engaging.</li><li>
Oversee the launch and roll-out of new products and promotions to external websites and sales teams.</li><li>
Design and maintain a user-friendly online experience that supports the customer journey.</li><li>
Use analytics and AI tools to monitor campaign and content performance, adjusting strategies as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Leadership &amp; Team Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Oversee workflow and delegation of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.</li><li>

Minor Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Assist with trade show and event marketing as needed.</li><li>
Support development of presentations for internal and external audiences.</li><li>

Desired Experience</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 5 years in brand, promotions, or content marketing, with proven experience driving brand awareness and campaign success.</li><li>
At least 1 year managing direct report teams or cross-functional project teams.</li><li>
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Trello, and project management software (EOS experience a plus).</li><li>
Strong leadership, storytelling, and analytical skills with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and detail execution.</li><li>
