We are looking for a results-driven Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing professional who can plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress, strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, and the ability to build brand presence, generate leads, and improve engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business</li><li>Manage daily posting, stories, reels, carousels, and professional posts</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve reach and engagement</li><li>Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn</li><li>Create campaign calendars aligned with business goals (branding, lead generation, hiring, events)</li><li>Optimize ad campaigns for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions</li><li>Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and broadcast messaging (as per compliance)</li></ul>WordPress Website Management<ul><li>Manage and update company website using WordPress</li><li>Create and publish blogs, landing pages, case studies, and announcements</li><li>Work with basic themes, plugins, SEO tools, and page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg preferred)</li><li>Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and up to date</li></ul>Content &amp; Branding<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams to gather content inputs</li><li>Create basic creatives using tools like Canva / Adobe / similar</li><li>Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form marketing copy</li><li>Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track performance using platform analytics and tools</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions</li><li>Suggest improvements based on data insights</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsMust-Have Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in Social Media Marketing &amp; Digital Marketing</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with:</li><li>Instagram</li><li>Facebook</li><li>LinkedIn</li><li>WhatsApp Business</li><li>WordPress CMS expertise (content updates, blogs, basic page management)</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, SMO, and digital analytics</li><li>Experience running paid ads on Meta and LinkedIn (preferred)</li><li>Good content writing and communication skills</li></ul>Tools &amp; Platforms<ul><li>WordPress</li><li>Meta Business Suite</li><li>LinkedIn Campaign Manager</li><li>Canva / similar creative tools</li><li>Google Analytics / Search Console (basic knowledge)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
