Why we need you:</b></h3><p>
We&rsquo;re looking to add a Project Manager to our Client Services team as a contractor, with a future, full-time opportunity. In this role, you'll manage schedules, project deliverables, budget, and resource management of the internal project team. You&rsquo;ll work alongside incredibly talented and dedicated people, and have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of emerging technology and digital product development.<br>

What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Manage all client project phases including discovery, strategy, UX/UI design and development for 1 to 5 engagements.</li><li>
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to established methodology and processes.</li><li>
Organize and facilitate weekly client-facing meetings.</li><li>
Create and maintain detailed project plans &amp; other project artifacts.</li><li>
Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, including the creation of user stories and the facilitation of functional requirements documentation.</li><li>
Manage all project finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue, and manage project scope changes against budget.</li><li>
Look for opportunities to expand within the account and facilitate opportunities internally.</li><li>
Facilitate the scoping and estimation of existing client projects.</li><li>
Create weekly status reports, client-friendly schedules, milestone plans, and deliverable progress reports.</li><li>
Update Resource Plan for your projects on a weekly basis.</li><li>
Be the point person for client communications related to projects.</li><li>
Build meaningful relationships with your client contacts.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you need to be successful:</b></h3><ul><li>
4 to 6 years of client-facing project management experience, leading enterprise-level projects in a digital agency or technology-driven environment</li><li>
Experience managing budgets of $1M+ for large clients</li><li>
Agile/Scrum experience</li><li>
Experience with tools like Harvest, Basecamp, JIRA and Confluence</li><li>
Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of Content Management Systems, HTML/CSS, API integrations, CRM implementations</li></ul><p><br>
