We are looking to expand our team with skilled and dependable Landscapers who take pride in their work.Position Overview: As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintaining and improving the appearance of our client's properties. You will use both hand tools and zero-turn mowers as well as other equipment to complete these tasks efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Mow lawns using zero-turn mowers, push mowers, etc ensuring clean and even results.</li><li>Assist with lawn renovations, including aeration, seeding.</li><li>Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.</li><li>Perform seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and debris clearing.</li><li>Use hand tools, such as trimmers, blowers, and shovels, to complete tasks.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues.</li><li>Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness at all job sites.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in landscaping, including working with zero-turn mowers and hand tools.</li><li>Knowledge of lawn care, hardscaping, and general landscape maintenance.</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.</li><li>Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to take lead on projects as needed</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation to job sites.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience with hardscaping installations (pavers, retaining walls, etc.).</li><li>Experience in lawn renovation practices, such as aeration and overseeding.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on landscaping equipment.</li><li>Compensation:</li></ul>Competitive hourly rate based on experience.If you're a motivated, experienced landscaper looking for an opportunity to grow with a reputable company, apply today!Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
