Landscaper

Position Overview:
As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintaining and improving the appearance of our client's properties. You will use both hand tools and zero-turn mowers as well as other equipment to complete these tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns using zero-turn mowers, push mowers, etc ensuring clean and even results.
• Assist with lawn renovations, including aeration, seeding.
• Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Perform seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and debris clearing.
• Use hand tools, such as trimmers, blowers, and shovels, to complete tasks.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues.
• Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness at all job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscaping, including working with zero-turn mowers and hand tools.
• Knowledge of lawn care, hardscaping, and general landscape maintenance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take lead on projects as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with hardscaping installations (pavers, retaining walls, etc.).
• Experience in lawn renovation practices, such as aeration and overseeding.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on landscaping equipment.
• Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
