About the opportunity: <ul><li>Permanent role</li><li>Based in North Sydney</li></ul> We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful execution of high-impact cross-functional projects that support our business growth strategy. Key responsibilities and experience: As the Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for: <ul> <li>Project Governance: Overseeing governance and facilitating key project ceremonies, including working groups, status reporting, and detailed scheduling.</li> <li>Strategic Alignment: Driving project planning and delivery that aligns short-term operational needs with long-term strategic objectives.</li> <li>Planning & Reporting: Developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, managing milestones, and providing regular, clear updates to key sponsors and stakeholders.</li> <li>Risk & Resource Management: Identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and coordinating with business units to allocate and manage resources effectively, including identifying Business and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).</li> <li>Discipline: Ensuring rigorous project management practices and governance are followed throughout the entire project lifecycle.</li> </ul> You will also have: <ul> <li>Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in managing complex business projects, preferably within media or a similar fast-paced industry.</li> <li>Proven track record of coordinating and/or managing business-critical projects on time and within budget.</li> <li>Highly desired experience in process improvement and driving business efficiencies.</li> <li>Expertise in establishing and leading working groups and executing strong stakeholder management to drive project success.</li> <li>Skilled in accelerating project delivery while maintaining strict project disciplines, ensuring accountability, quality, and strategic alignment.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.</li> </ul> Our benefits and perks: <ul> <li>Competitive salary package</li> <li>A positive, supportive workplace culture</li> <li>Professional growth and development opportunities </li><li>Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support</li> </ul> If you're curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
