Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Locator to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience by efficiently managing the flow of service within our establishment. This position requires a strong background in customer service and food handling, with a focus on fine dining and banquet experiences.Duties<ul><li>Utilize Aloha POS and Micros POS systems to manage orders and transactions effectively.</li><li>Ensure timely service by coordinating with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth workflow.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain food safety standards while handling and serving food to guests.</li><li>Assist in cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.</li><li>Support banquet and catering events by setting up, serving, and breaking down as needed.</li><li>Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests in both restaurant and nightclub settings.</li><li>Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of food service.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings, is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.</li><li>Proven sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.</li><li>Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.</li><li>Background in hospitality, including serving, brewing, or cashiering roles, will be beneficial.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory tasks.
