Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Locator to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience by efficiently managing the flow of service within our establishment. This position requires a strong background in customer service and food handling, with a focus on fine dining and banquet experiences.

Duties

• Utilize Aloha POS and Micros POS systems to manage orders and transactions effectively.
• Ensure timely service by coordinating with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain food safety standards while handling and serving food to guests.
• Assist in cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
• Support banquet and catering events by setting up, serving, and breaking down as needed.
• Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests in both restaurant and nightclub settings.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of food service.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Proven sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
• Background in hospitality, including serving, brewing, or cashiering roles, will be beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.34 - $26.90 per hour
