If you are skilled, dependable, and ready for consistent work with a team that respects your craft, this is the place for you.Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years of professional painting experience</li><li>Proficiency in surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, and masking</li><li>Experience with priming and applying finish coats using brushes, rollers, and sprayers</li><li>Ability to cut clean lines and deliver high-quality finishes</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship</li><li>Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)</li><li>Own basic painting tools (brushes, rollers, etc.)</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts as needed</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Experience in residential remodels</li><li>Experience with interior and exterior painting projects</li><li>Knowledge of different paint products, coatings, and finishes</li><li>Spraying experience (HVLP or airless)</li><li>Familiarity with jobsite safety practices</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$20&ndash;$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Exact daily schedule to be finalized with the candidate</li></ul>Additional Perks<ul><li>Monthly team events</li><li>PPE supplied</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Paid travel for out-of-town work</li></ul>About Oak Interiors Drywall &amp; PaintingAt Oak Interiors Drywall &amp; Painting, we&rsquo;re proud to be one of the leading painting contractors in the South Dakota region.
