We provide resources and support for professional development and are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where your skills can flourish.In this role, you will be entrusted with:Performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and grounds cleanupTroubleshooting and completing repairs of commercial buildings, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general carpentryResponding to service requests in a timely and professional mannerResponsible for being on call and responding to after-hour emergenciesMaintain interior and exterior of buildings, including minor drywall, painting, door hardware, ceiling tile replacement, and sidewalk snow removal as neededEnsure code compliance and safe working conditions across all propertiesMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Yardi Management SoftwareCoordinate with contractors and vendors when outside services are neededCommunicate effectively with team members, tenants, and vendorsAssist with property turnovers, buildouts, and light construction projectsQualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, trade school, or technical certifications preferred</li><li>Previous experience in commercial maintenance or a similar field</li><li>Strong working knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and work orders</li><li>Basic computer literacy and experience with maintenance software systems a plus</li><li>Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required</li><li>EPA Universal Certification and/or HVAC licensing preferred (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul>What We Offer:Short and Long Term DisabilityPaid time off and paid HolidaysOpportunities for training, certification, and advancementEducation ReimbursementA supportive team environmentMileage and cell phone reimbursementPay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Location: In person
