We are a trauma-informed, collaborative, and clinician-centered practice committed to ethical care, strong documentation standards, and sustainable professional growth.As we continue to strengthen our clinical infrastructure, we are seeking an experienced LICSW Clinical Supervisor &amp; Internship Coordinator to support early-career clinicians and graduate interns.Position OverviewThis remote role combines:<ul><li>Direct clinical supervision (fee-for-service)</li><li>Group supervision (as needed)</li><li>Structured internship coordination</li><li>Quality oversight and documentation review</li></ul>The position is ideal for an experienced supervisor who values mentorship, accountability, and building strong clinical foundations within a growing group practice.Structure &amp; Compensation (Hybrid Model)Fee-for-Service SupervisionPaid per supervision hour conducted:<ul><li>$75 per individual supervision hour</li><li>$90 per group supervision hour</li></ul>(Estimated 8&ndash;18 supervision hours per week depending on clinician volume)Monthly Internship &amp; Administrative Stipend<ul><li>$400&ndash;$600 per month, depending on intern volume</li></ul>Covers:<ul><li>University liaison communication</li><li>Intern onboarding coordination</li><li>Midterm and final evaluations</li><li>Documentation spot-check review</li><li>Limited risk consultation outside scheduled supervisionTotal expected weekly commitment: 10&ndash;20 hours, flexible based on supervisee count.</li></ul>This hybrid structure ensures compensation scales with clinical volume while maintaining predictable coverage for coordination responsibilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesClinical Supervision<ul><li>Provide weekly individual supervision to LICSW candidates</li><li>Facilitate group supervision as appropriate</li><li>Ensure supervisees meet MA Board of Registration standards</li><li>Support case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and risk assessment</li><li>Review documentation for quality and compliance</li><li>Provide feedback aligned with best practices in outpatient care</li></ul>Internship Coordination<ul><li>Oversee up to 3 graduate-level interns</li><li>Serve as liaison to graduate programs</li><li>Coordinate intern onboarding and training expectations</li><li>Complete midterm and final evaluations</li><li>Monitor intern documentation standards and professional development</li></ul>Quality &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Provide consultation to leadership regarding clinical concerns</li><li>Support documentation and compliance standards</li><li>Participate in limited leadership check-ins as needed</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Active Massachusetts LICSW in good standing</li><li>Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience</li><li>Eligible to provide LICSW supervision per MA Board requirements</li><li>Experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians or graduate interns</li><li>Strong knowledge of Massachusetts documentation and ethical standards</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience facilitating group supervision</li><li>Background in trauma-informed practice</li><li>Experience within insurance-based outpatient settings</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul>Ideal CandidateYou are:<ul><li>Clinically grounded and ethically rigorous</li><li>Supportive while maintaining accountability</li><li>Comfortable working independently</li><li>Organized and structured in your supervisory approach</li><li>Invested in developing confident, competent clinicians</li></ul>Independent Contractor StructureThis role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position.
