Job Description: Oak Ridge Cabinets is looking for an experienced landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape construction and be comfortable operating equipment such as a Bobcat (skid steer), excavator, and driving a truck with trailer. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and capable of working independently or as part of a crew.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform landscape installation and construction work</li><li>Operate equipment including skid steer (Bobcat) and excavator</li><li>Safely drive a truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials</li><li>Assist with grading, trenching, drainage, and site preparation</li><li>Install irrigation, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features</li><li>Load and unload materials and equipment</li><li>Maintain equipment and keep job sites clean and organized</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of landscaping or landscape construction experience</li><li>Experience operating skid steer (Bobcat) and excavator</li><li>Ability to drive a truck with trailer safely</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with grading, drainage, or hardscape installation</li><li>Irrigation installation or repair experience</li><li>CDL license</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience ($20-$28 per hour)</li><li>Full-time position with overtime opportunities</li><li>Paid holidays / PTO</li><li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li><li>Retirement account</li></ul>How to Apply: Please send your resume or work experience to acctg@oakridgecabinets.com or apply in person at Oak Ridge Cabinets.We are an equal opportunity employer and value hardworking team members who take pride in their craft.Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
