Experienced Landscaper / Equipment Operator

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape construction and be comfortable operating equipment such as a Bobcat (skid steer), excavator, and driving a truck with trailer. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and capable of working independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape installation and construction work
• Operate equipment including skid steer (Bobcat) and excavator
• Safely drive a truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials
• Assist with grading, trenching, drainage, and site preparation
• Install irrigation, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain equipment and keep job sites clean and organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of landscaping or landscape construction experience
• Experience operating skid steer (Bobcat) and excavator
• Ability to drive a truck with trailer safely
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with grading, drainage, or hardscape installation
• Irrigation installation or repair experience
• CDL license
