Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative/Property Manager Assistant to support our property management team in delivering exceptional service and efficient operations. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will assist with lease administration, tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks. This paid position is ideal for someone passionate about real estate, property management, and providing outstanding support to both tenants and team members.Duties<ul><li>Assist with lease administration, including data entry into property management software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Fair Housing regulations requirements</li><li>Support tenant screening processes, lease renewals, rent collection, and Section 8 program administration</li><li>Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilitate communication between tenants, vendors, and maintenance teams</li><li>Manage legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, lease contracts, and eviction procedures while maintaining thorough filing systems</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Assist in conflict management by mediating tenant concerns and escalating issues as needed to the property manager</li><li>Support leasing activities through upselling available units, conducting tours, and maintaining positive tenant relationships</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all property-related documents, including contracts, inspections, filings, and correspondence</li><li>Contribute to facilities management efforts by tracking property upkeep needs and assisting with vendor coordination</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in real estate administrative support or property management is highly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with property management software is advantageous</li><li>Experience handling legal administrative tasks related to leases, contracts, or evictions is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette background</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in an office environment</li><li>Demonstrated conflict management skills along with negotiation experience for lease agreements or tenant issues</li><li>Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, contract management, and facilities coordination is desirable</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in property management!
