Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Sterilization Technician / Hygiene Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with dental professionals, ensuring that all sterilization and hygiene protocols are meticulously followed to uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient care. We need a team player with a jovial personality, attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our dental practice.Duties<ul><li>Properly sterilize dental instruments and equipment using advanced aseptic techniques, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.</li><li>Assist dental hygienists during patient procedures by preparing treatment rooms, passing instruments, and managing chairside support.</li><li>Manage the sterilization area efficiently by organizing supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring all sterilization cycles are completed correctly.</li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient flow and treatment outcomes.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred, especially with general dentistry.</li><li>Knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, dental terminology, anatomy knowledge is welcome but not required.
