Dental Sterilization Technician / Hygiene Assistant

Duties

• Properly sterilize dental instruments and equipment using advanced aseptic techniques, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
• Assist dental hygienists during patient procedures by preparing treatment rooms, passing instruments, and managing chairside support.
• Manage the sterilization area efficiently by organizing supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring all sterilization cycles are completed correctly.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient flow and treatment outcomes.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred, especially with general dentistry.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, dental terminology, anatomy knowledge is welcome but not required. You will be trained on site.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
