Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Bartender/Cook, where you will be the heart of the guest experience, blending exceptional beverage service with culinary expertise. You&rsquo;ll create memorable moments for patrons by delivering top-notch customer service, managing food and beverage orders efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you&rsquo;re crafting signature cocktails or preparing delicious dishes, your enthusiasm and professionalism will elevate every guest interaction.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks using Clover POS systems.</li><li>Cook and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency.</li><li>Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining or nightlife experience.</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with food handling regulations.</li><li>Video lottery on premises, cash lottery tickets, cash handling, and money box maintenance.</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service while balancing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.</li><li>Be able to work with no supervision and get job tasks done efficiently. Other responsibilities as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in bartending and kitchen work is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently.</li><li>Be a team player!
