Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks using Clover POS systems.
• Cook and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their dining or nightlife experience.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with food handling regulations.
• Video lottery on premises, cash lottery tickets, cash handling, and money box maintenance.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service while balancing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
• Be able to work with no supervision and get job tasks done efficiently. Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in bartending and kitchen work is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently.
• Be a team player! It’s essential to be able to work as a team though you will most often be working unsupervised.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
