Key Responsibilities Tender Strategy and Planning<ul><li>Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements.</li><li>Define bid strategy, pricing approach, and submission timelines.</li><li>Monitor available tender opportunities and maintain tender pipeline.</li><li>Analyze market tenders and evaluate their suitability for company participation.</li><li>Attend pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions.</li></ul>Proposal Development<ul><li>Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals.</li><li>Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant tender submissions.</li><li>Develop cost estimates, pricing structures, and commercial strategies.</li></ul>Coordination and Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and supply chain teams.</li><li>Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Prepare, issue, and follow up on RFQs to approved suppliers in line with tender specifications.</li><li>Ensure timely receipt and compliance of supplier quotations.</li><li>Compile approved suppliers&rsquo; quotations into the final tender submission.</li><li>Ensure submission of one primary supplier quotation and required backup quotations.</li><li>Evaluate and document all supplier quotations before submission.</li></ul>Tender Submission and Follow-Up<ul><li>Ensure all tender submissions meet deadlines and compliance requirements.</li><li>Manage tender tracking systems and documentation.</li><li>Handle post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.</li></ul>Team Supervision<ul><li>Supervise and guide the tender executive and support staff.</li><li>Assign tasks related to tender preparation and submission.</li><li>Review tender documents before submission.</li><li>Provide training and performance feedback.</li></ul>Reporting and Analysis<ul><li>Prepare regular reports on tender pipeline, submissions, and outcomes.</li><li>Analyze win/loss performance and recommend improvements.</li><li>Maintain updated tender tracking reports and dashboards.</li><li>Submit periodic management reports on tender performance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
