Logistics Officer – Al Obeidly Medical

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate medical shipments and ensure timely delivery across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute international and local shipments (air/sea/courier)
• Accurately calculate shipping costs, duties, clearance, and overall landed cost
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery to hospitals and clients
• Handle documentation, tracking, and logistics follow-up

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, preferably within the medical field
• Strong understanding of import processes, freight costing, and clearance
• Familiarity with medical accounts in Qatar (hospitals, delivery points) is a plus
• Ability to think creatively and find solutions during supply chain disruptions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
