Route all messages to the appropriate people.</li><li>Check email accounts for all emails received.</li><li>Answer calls. Be very friendly with each patient while on the phone.</li><li>Direct New patients to complete all registration paperwork from the link that they will be receiving prior to their visit.</li><li>Participate in the Morning Opportunity Meeting.</li></ul>Patient Management<ul><li>Telephone and gently remind patients two to three days prior to their appointment if they have not responded to the Nexhealth outgoing texts.</li><li>Gather and accurately record dental, medical and insurance information from patients.</li><li>Accurately verify the patient's insurance benefits and complete the breakdown sheet.</li><li>Schedule patients for efficient use of hygiene time.</li><li>Review patients' appointments for the next day to ensure that everything is needed for that appointment. E.g. Insurance verified, copay calculated and entered etc.</li><li>Make sure that all charts have updated Insurance Breakdown sheets in the document center.</li></ul>New Patient Entry:Activate the account and patient in the computerCreate a new patient chartEnter any extra information needed from the patient information formProvide the medical history and billing information formEnter the referral source for the new patientEstablished Patients:Update their insurance and demographic information when they call, or you call them for their appointment.Schedule Management:<ul><li>Call any patients that were not confirmed from the previous day on today&rsquo; s schedule</li><li>Make any changes necessary on all schedules.</li></ul>Review charts and treatment plans for additional treatment, which can be added to the next day&rsquo;s schedule. Do this before confirming appointments. This will allow you to bring this to the patient&rsquo;s attention during the confirmation call.<ul><li>Remind patients to medicate in advance where necessary.</li><li>Make calls daily from the broken appointment list. Ensure to put notes when calling from the broken appointment list.</li><li>Make calls to all patients that missed their appointments that day and get them rescheduled.</li><li>Send out missed appointment letters necessary for the day.</li></ul>New patient Management<ul><li>Call the insurance company and verify benefits for patients.</li><li>Accurately enter patient's insurance information in Dentrix.</li><li>Enter new patients' demographics accurately in Dentrix.</li></ul>Recall Management<ul><li>Run a continuing care report for the next month and call all those patients and schedule them for their appointments.</li><li>Run a continuing care report for all months and send out reactivation letters and follow up with phone calls to get those patients scheduled.</li><li>Keep on top of this system so patients do not fall through the cracks.</li></ul>Emails:<ul><li>Keep the email account current.</li><li>Delete all junk emails and handle emails that need to be addressed in a timely manner.</li><li>Forward emails to the correct person that need to address those emails.</li></ul>Note: Only serious &amp; relevant experienced individual may apply.Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Would you prefer to work in a real-time office environment or remotely through video calls?</li></ul><ul><li>Do you agree to a one-year commitment with the company?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Virtual Assisstant: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English at a native level?
