We are looking to employ a Sales Executive with dedicated customer centric approach to drive sales and create partner relationship opportunities in the Dental market.

Sales Executive: Job Responsibilities and Duties

The general responsibilities will include analyzing dental industry trends to identify ways to improve the company product sales, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to the higher management.

The other responsibilities include:

  • Generate new leads through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals Cultivate new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve production through the use of Nova Adept products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements with new opportunities.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company’s leadership as well as for other company functions
  • Should be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Meet sales revenue targets.
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs

Qualifications and Skills:

A successful Senior Sales Executive should be persuasive and be able to build rapport with customers,

should be adept at negotiating terms of sales with customers, and demonstrate exceptional

English communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

The required qualification and skills are:

  • Bachelor’s degree / BBA, MBA preferred
  • Minimum three years of sales experience in business to business(B2B) sales
  • Having a consultative sales approach
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
  • Driven and motivated
  • Ability to work as a team player

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
