Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular inspections, and providing safety training to employees.<ul><li>Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation: Identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.</li><li>Workforce Protection: Ensure the safety and well-being of employees by enforcing safety standards and safe equipment operation.</li><li>Emergency Response: Develop and coordinate emergency response plans and procedures.</li><li>Safety Training: Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox meetings to educate employees on safety practices.</li><li>Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.</li><li>Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures.</li><li>Safety Audits: Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a hazard-free environment.</li><li>Safety Communication: Facilitate safety communication and awareness within the organization.</li><li>Policy Development: Develop and update safety policies and procedures to ensure they are current and effective.</li><li>Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and safety inspections.</li><li>Safety Equipment Management: Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and readily available.</li><li>Contractor Safety: Oversee the safety of contractors and ensure they comply with company safety standards.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve safety processes and reduce risks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Safety Officer: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Construction: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
