Receptionist cum Secretary

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. UAE nationality is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Assist visitors in directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the relevant individuals or departments.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate parties.
  • Oversee all documents received from the site and distribute them to the relevant departments.
  • Update contact details of employees, clients, etc.
  • Monitor office and kitchen supply levels and place orders as needed.
  • Assist all departments with documentation and provide support as required.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate meeting appointments for top management.
  • Manage the driver's schedule, specifically for cheque deposits, document submissions to consultants, clients, etc.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports on behalf of the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Required)
