Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. UAE nationality is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally.
- Assist visitors in directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the relevant individuals or departments.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate parties.
- Oversee all documents received from the site and distribute them to the relevant departments.
- Update contact details of employees, clients, etc.
- Monitor office and kitchen supply levels and place orders as needed.
- Assist all departments with documentation and provide support as required.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate meeting appointments for top management.
- Manage the driver's schedule, specifically for cheque deposits, document submissions to consultants, clients, etc.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports on behalf of the management.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
