Responsibilities:
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing (And Excelling At)<ul><li>
Guiding clients through our trusted estate planning process with empathy and clarity</li><li>
Crafting tailored trust provisions and delivering top-tier estate planning and asset protection solutions</li><li>
Overseeing probate and trust administration from initial intake to final resolution</li><li>
Collaborating with and mentoring members of our supportive legal team</li><li>
Cultivating lasting relationships with clients, team members, and referral partners</li><li>
Meeting performance goals, tracking time accurately, and driving firm-wide success</li><li>
Utilizing tools like Microsoft Office, timekeeping software, and WealthCounsel (preferred)</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Licensed attorney with a Juris Doctor and active membership in the California Bar</li><li>
Over two years of focused experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration</li><li>
Consistently delivers high-quality work, reliable outcomes, and strong billable performance</li><li>
A clear and confident communicator who builds trust and brings professionalism to every interaction</li><li>
Thrives in organized, productive environments&mdash;without being motivated by metrics alone</li><li>
Genuinely passionate about using estate planning to protect families, preserve wealth, and honor legacies</li></ul>
