The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.*Responsibilities*-Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems-Repair or replace defective equiment-Maintain pools and equipment- Drywall and stucco repair-Carpentry-Painting-Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests*Requirements*- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment- Strong customer service skills when interacting with guests or staff-Proficiency in English for effective communication-Ability to work independently and in a team enviromentJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
