*Job Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks.

*Responsibilities*

-Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

-Repair or replace defective equiment

-Maintain pools and equipment

- Drywall and stucco repair

-Carpentry

-Painting

-Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests

*Requirements*

- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment

- Strong customer service skills when interacting with guests or staff

-Proficiency in English for effective communication

-Ability to work independently and in a team enviroment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
