 Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000Location Richmond, Virginia This is a hybrid role requiring work from office 3 days a week, as alloted by the team.Pricing Analyst, Transpacific East Bound This role reports to Regional Marketing Manager Transpacific East Bound (TPEB). Evaluates data, analyzes, problem solves, makes recommendations for and in front-line execution of TPEB marketing and yield management strategies through pricing activity, regional TPEB target monitoring, customer performance evaluation, and service contract maintenance. Applies knowledge, good judgment, and decision-making, anticipates, clarifies, understands, defines, makes recommendations, and implements with positive results. <b>Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities</li>
<li>Client Management: Conduct negotiations, establish terms, and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts. Monitor and maintain existing contracts and renewals in alignment with growth and volume strategies. Fill accounts via our e-commerce platform and systems.</li>
<li>Execute sales plans &amp; meetings to meet volume targets and maximize net contribution.</li>
<li>Liaise with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues.</li>
<li>Make quotations to customers (by phone/email), new and existing, within a designated sales area to negotiate prices, securing the best cargo mix to meet the various volume and net contribution targets set as per the sales plan / budget / ADP.</li>
<li>Maintain personal relationships by phone and sporadic visit to customers together with Outside Sales.</li>
