<p><b>JOB PURPOSE</b><br>
To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are seeking experienced Customer Care Agents for our Export department. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of working in the freight and logistics industry (or similar type industries). This role will see you coordinating end-to-end processes relating to export, dealing with international agents for bookings, directly liaising with clients and compiling documentation. You will have exceptional communication skills, have a high focus on customer service and work well in a team environment.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h2>
<ul><li>A Customer Service Export employee manages all export bookings for a specific trade and/or a specific range of customers</li></ul>
<ul><li>Providing correct booking confirmations to customers.</li></ul>
<p>- Monitoring bookings and amend them whenever required (de/increase equipment, amend equipment types, rolling bookings to next/other vessels, amendments of reefer settings etc.) keeping all relevant internal- and external parties informed.</p>
<ul><li>Keeping customers well informed of any issues with bookings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Properly monitoring all additional costs against individual bookings and making sure they are recovered.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Investigating / correcting export dispute invoices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Corresponding with world-wide offices to track shipments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Checking availability of equipment, transport options and vessel space prior to accepting new bookings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Entering bookings in the operational system in line with procedures, arranging pre-carriage with transport departments, and internally coordinating IMO / OOG requests / acceptance, stuffing of containers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Entering bills of lading in the operational system and preparing invoices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Solving queries, reporting to responsible persons.</li></ul>
<p><b>REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</b></p>
<p>The ideal candidate should have:</p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li></ul>
<ul><li>An excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in a liner shipping or freight forwarding company.</li></ul>

<p><b>JOB PURPOSE</b></p>
<p>The Business Analyst will be a key member of the Sales team, responsible for translating complex sales data into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in driving sales strategy, enhancing performance, and improving forecasting accuracy through comprehensive analysis, reporting, and the creation of compelling presentations. This role is part of the Sales Development team within the Sales department, focusing on using data-driven decision-making to achieve our commercial goals.</p><br>

<p><b>PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<ul><li>Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities and risks, preparing regular reports and strategic recommendations for the sales team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports using our business intelligence tool, Looker, to provide clear visibility on KPIs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide backup support to the Sales Development team with their responsibilities in pricing and allocation management as needed, ensuring coordination with the Trade and Space teams in London RHQ.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as the analytical focal point for all sales forecasting activities, working to improve accuracy by analyzing historical data and market intelligence.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare and deliver insightful presentations for sales meetings and management reviews, effectively communicating complex findings and strategic proposals..</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide critical analytical support to the Head of Sales in the preparation of strategic decisions such as Game Plans,Country Goal Management, and Sales Plans, and monitor performance against these plans.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support the Head of Sales and Sales Team on special projects as required.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</b></p>
<p>The ideal candidate should have:</p>
<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the shipping industry.</li></ul>
<ul><li>An excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.</li></ul>
<ul><li>As our company work with Google Workspace, expertise in its applications is highly preferred. However, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite will also be strongly considered.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools; specific experience with Looker Studio is highly advantageous.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.</li></ul>

<p>We're looking for a highly skilled individual with <b>inbound sales experience</b> in the <b>EU to Egypt trade route</b>. This role is responsible for <b>planning and developing all sales activities</b> within the designated country.</p>

A key part of your role will be to <b>proactively identify and develop new business opportunities</b> with both new and existing clients to drive growth.</p>

<ul><li>This role is outside sales, mainly with well knowledge and customer portfolio in intra Europe &amp; Intra med trade Inbound flow into Egypt specially from Europe considering the expansion in EU services into EG.</li><li>Visit new and existing customers within designated sales area to negotiate prices, securing best cargo mix to meet the various volume and net contribution targets set as per Sales plan.</li><li>Maintain personal relationship with all key customers.</li><li>Liaise with Operations, Customer Service and other departments to overcome operational issues.</li><li>Ensure overall that communication between Sales and other departments is running smoothly.</li></ul>

- +3 years <b>inbound experience in the EU to EG trade- is a must</b>.<br>
