We&rsquo;re seeking a dedicated Front Desk Reservationist to join our team and help elevate our guests&rsquo; experiences.Position Overview: As a Front Desk Reservationist, you will represent Ocean Properties as the welcoming face of our company. This role includes managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins with professionalism and warmth. Prior experience with online travel agents (OTAs) such as Airbnb and VRBO, as well as the ability to manage high call volumes, is essential.Responsibilities:&middot; Extend a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes while providing attentive service throughout their stay.&middot; Manage a multi-line phone system, addressing guest inquiries, providing information, and assisting with reservation bookings for both phone and walk-in customers.&middot; Oversee reservation management, including booking, cancellations, and communications, while preparing personalized check-in information for each guest.&middot; Maintain updated rental materials and guest essentials, including keys, access codes, parking passes, and property-specific details.&middot; Accurately collect, file, and process guest documents, reservation reports, and payments from both guests and homeowners.&middot; Act as a primary contact for guests, managing their inquiries, coordinating feedback with maintenance and housekeeping, and handling special requests such as late check-outs or early departures.&middot; Monitor and respond to guest inquiries via live chat, email, and other platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.&middot; Schedule work orders with guests, maintenance, and external vendors as needed.&middot; Facilitate guest relocation when necessary due to property maintenance, emergencies, or other issues, leveraging local resources to secure comparable accommodations.Requirements:&middot; Minimum of 2 year of experience in hospitality or customer service (required)&middot; Proven ability to manage high call volumes and familiarity with OTAs like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a fast and accurate response style&middot; Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus&middot; A collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable approachBenefits:&middot; Competitive pay&middot; Health care benefits&middot; Paid time off&middot; Comprehensive training&middot; Opportunities for career growth within the company&middot; A supportive team environment in a vibrant beachside communityBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
