Procurement &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Manage procurement of office supplies, furniture, equipment, and administrative materials.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock records.</li><li>Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance for purchase approvals and payment processing.</li></ul>5. Asset Management<ul><li>Maintain an updated fixed asset register.</li><li>Ensure proper issuance, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of company assets.</li><li>Conduct periodic physical verification of assets.</li><li>Coordinate annual asset audits.</li></ul>6. Transport Management<ul><li>Manage company vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, maintenance, and insurance.</li><li>Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure compliance with transport policies.</li><li>Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees and visitors.</li></ul>7. Security Management<ul><li>Supervise security personnel and security service providers.</li><li>Ensure effective access control and visitor management.</li><li>Monitor CCTV systems and office security protocols.</li><li>Conduct periodic security assessments and recommend improvements.</li></ul>8. Housekeeping &amp; Office Services<ul><li>Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.</li><li>Supervise housekeeping staff and outsourced service providers.</li><li>Ensure availability of pantry supplies and office consumables.</li></ul>9. Budget Management<ul><li>Prepare and manage the annual administration budget.</li><li>Monitor administrative expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Review invoices and ensure proper utilization of resources.</li></ul>10.
