JOB REQUIREMENT FOR DATA ANALYST

1. JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, generate reports, and assist management in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management review.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics.
• Support business units with data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Prepare periodic MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Present findings in a clear and actionable format.
• Assist in KPI tracking and performance monitoring
• TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau or other BI tools.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and management.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and databases.
• Strong understanding of data visualization techniques.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
