 . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with hotels and travel suppliers, and expanding our

 market presence. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" by nature and a

 who possesses the autonomy to make critical business decisions. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of the
 
 KSA travel landscape
 
 , exceptional communication skills, and the authority to take ownership of the entire development process to ensure long-term commercial success.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Market Expansion (KSA Focus):
 
 Conduct market research to identify new travel trends in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Giga-projects like NEOM, Red Sea, and Religious Tourism/Umrah).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Lead Generation &amp; Acquisition:
 
 Proactively hunt for new partnerships with Saudi-based hotel chains, DMCs, and local travel service providers to enhance our inventory.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Relationship Management:
 
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, Saudi travel authorities, and corporate clients.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Strategic Decision-Making:
 
 Act as a primary decision-maker in qualifying partners and determining the commercial viability of travel deals to ensure alignment with Saudi market demands.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Negotiation &amp; Closing:
 
 Lead the negotiation process to secure exclusive rates and "Preferred Partner" agreements with hospitality providers across the Kingdom.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Operational Autonomy:
 
 Exercise high-level judgment in pivoting sales strategies (e.g., during Peak Seasons or Saudi Vision 2030 events) and allocating resources to close high-priority deals.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Strategic Planning:
 
 Collaborate with senior management to set ambitious sales targets tailored to the Saudi market&rsquo;s seasonality.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 
 Work closely with the Tech and Marketing teams to ensure OTA platform features meet the specific preferences of Saudi travelers.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications

 Experience:
 
 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in
 
 Business Development within the Travel/Tourism industry
 
 , specifically for an
 
 OTA or TMC
 
 .

 <li>
 
 
 Market Knowledge:
 
 Deep understanding of the
 
 Saudi Arabian market (KSA)
 
 , including consumer behavior, travel seasons, and local regulations.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or Marketing.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Communication:
 
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in
 
 English and Arabic
 
 (essential for the Saudi market).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Strategic Mindset:
 
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities in the fast-evolving Saudi tourism sector.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Decisiveness:
 
 A proven ability to act as a
 
 decision-maker
 
 , managing contract terms and commercial risks independently.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Tech Savvy:
 
 Proficiency in
 
 OTA booking engines
