The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, assist in administrative activities, and help create a positive and efficient workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).</li><li>Maintain employee records and update HR databases.</li><li>Support payroll inputs and leave management systems.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities for employees.</li></ul>Admin Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Handle correspondence, courier, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Ensure office facilities and infrastructure are maintained properly.</li><li>Support in event organization, company meetings, and office upkeep.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Attention to detail and a positive attitude.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
