Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of driving engagement, conversions, and retention through effective email communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and transactional emails
• Develop compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives
• Design and optimize email templates for responsiveness across devices and email clients
• Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions
• Manage marketing automation workflows (welcome journeys, lead nurturing, re-engagement, etc.)
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and send times
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversions
• Maintain list hygiene, manage unsubscribes, and ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Coordinate with content, design, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns
• Stay updated with email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoho Campaigns, or similar platforms
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Solid understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and insights
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
