 </li>

 10 years of relevant experience
 
 in one or more of the listed practice areas
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or major national law firm is highly desirable
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong academic credentials and established professional reputation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle matters independently while collaborating within a team-based environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven client-management and business-development acumen
 </li>
