I am partnering with several AmLaw 100 firms across the United States that are seeking to add experienced Of Counsel attorneys in a range of practice areas. These opportunities are ideal for highly skilled practitioners with 10 or more years of substantive experience , who are seeking to join top-tier firms and take on complex, high-value client work.

Location: Openings are available in multiple major U.S. markets, with hybrid and in-office considered for exceptional candidates. Some fully remote opportunities are available as well.

Candidate Profile

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (multiple admissions preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or major national law firm is highly desirable
• Strong academic credentials and established professional reputation
• Ability to handle matters independently while collaborating within a team-based environment
• Proven client-management and business-development acumen
