As we grow, we're looking for a sharp, organized Office Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly from the inside.The RoleYou'll be the operational backbone of our office &mdash; the first voice clients hear, the person keeping our schedules tight, and the one making sure our project management systems stay clean and up to date. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and takes ownership of their work.Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain a professional, welcoming tone on behalf of the company</li><li>Manage owner and project schedules, coordinate appointments, and send reminders to keep the team on track</li><li>Maintain and update project records in BuilderTrend and Asana, including task creation, status updates, and document uploads</li><li>Assist with client onboarding communications and follow-ups</li><li>Support the team with general administrative tasks, filing, and day-to-day office needs</li><li>Coordinate with field staff and subcontractors to relay information accurately and on time</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of office, administrative, or customer-facing experience</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball</li><li>Comfortable learning new software quickly &mdash; experience with BuilderTrend, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus</li><li>Construction industry experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and a team player who takes initiative</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Compensation: $18&ndash;$22/hr depending on experience</li><li>In-office, Agoura Hills, CA</li></ul>To ApplySubmit your resume and a brief note about your experience.
