Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across markets and channels.<ul><li>Manage and publish website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing assets.</li><li>Execute SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, whatsapp API campaigns to drive traffic and engagement online and offline.</li><li>Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms, expertise in WordPress is a plus</li><li>Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Manage day-to-day social media operations: posting, scheduling, engagement, community interaction, and sentiment monitoring.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative/design team to develop digital assets, including images, visual campaigns.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, apply SEO best practices, including on page and off page optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis etc</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other measurement tools.</li><li>Support A/B testing, experiment design, and continuous UX and conversion improvements.</li><li>Track competitor activity and digital trends; recommend opportunities for differentiation and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with e-commerce, product, branding, and operations teams to improve user experience and customer journey.</li><li>Ensure brand identity, voice, and tone are consistently represented across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>Support digital capability building by exploring new technologies, tools, and best practices in the marketing stack.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.</li><li>Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEO are an advantage.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content production, or related role (retail experience preferred).</li><li>Strong writing, and brand-storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across channels.</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Sitecore, etc.).</li><li>Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.</li><li>Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and campaign performance measurement.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
