Digital Marketing Executive

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across markets and channels.

  • Manage and publish website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing assets.
  • Execute SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, whatsapp API campaigns to drive traffic and engagement online and offline.
  • Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms, expertise in WordPress is a plus
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations: posting, scheduling, engagement, community interaction, and sentiment monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the creative/design team to develop digital assets, including images, visual campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, apply SEO best practices, including on page and off page optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis etc
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other measurement tools.
  • Support A/B testing, experiment design, and continuous UX and conversion improvements.
  • Track competitor activity and digital trends; recommend opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, product, branding, and operations teams to improve user experience and customer journey.
  • Ensure brand identity, voice, and tone are consistently represented across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support digital capability building by exploring new technologies, tools, and best practices in the marketing stack.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEO are an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content production, or related role (retail experience preferred).
  • Strong writing, and brand-storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across channels.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Sitecore, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
