Performance Marketing Specialist (E-commerce & Paid Media)

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Customer Acquisition

  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
  • Manage monthly ad budgets and maximize ROAS, CPA, and conversions
  • Build high-performing retargeting and lookalike audiences
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Scale winning campaigns and optimize underperformers

E-commerce & Conversion Optimization

  • Improve Shopify store performance and increase conversion rates
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout funnels
  • Reduce cart abandonment
  • Implement upsell, cross-sell, and bundling strategies
  • Run A/B tests on offers, pricing, and promotions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, LTV, Conversion Rate
  • Use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, GTM, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio
  • Provide weekly & monthly performance reports
  • Translate data into actionable growth insights

Creative & Campaign Strategy

  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-converting creatives (videos, banners, UGC, reels)
  • Write compelling ad copy and promotional messaging
  • Plan campaigns around seasonal events (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, sales)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
