Growth Marketing Specialist

Würth Professional Solutions is seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate digital growth across our eShop and mobile app platforms.

This role owns performance marketing across all paid channels, SEO execution, CRM management, and customer journey optimization. The position is execution-focused, with close collaboration with the marketing team (content, design, brand), as well as Product and Sales teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational excellence and a clear understanding of B2B digital growth dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Apple Search Ads).
  • Drive app installs, in-app purchases, and eShop conversions.
  • Manage budgets and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Increase organic traffic and search visibility for product and category pages.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and manage CRM and marketing automation flows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, abandoned cart, replenishment, cross-sell, reactivation).
  • Improve retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.

Customer Journey Optimization

  • Map and optimize the full digital funnel (acquisition → purchase → retention).
  • Identify friction points and lead ongoing A/B testing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experience across channels.

KPIs

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Cost per Install (CPI) / Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Website & App Conversion Rate
  • Organic Traffic Growth (SEO)
  • Customer Retention & Repeat Purchase Rate
  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Digital Revenue Growth (App & eShop)

Qualification

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance/growth marketing experience.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel paid campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and CRM/marketing automation systems.
  • Experience in eCommerce and/or mobile app marketing (B2B advantage).
  • Data-driven, proactive, and execution-oriented with strong ownership mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible mindset beyond traditional “9-to-5” thinking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
