Organic Growth Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an Organic Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our non-paid growth engine across search, content, AI-driven discovery (AEO), product-led acquisition, and lifecycle touchpoints.

Through our AI-powered Intelligence Hub, we help Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies, and public sector organizations securely manage, analyze, and govern complex data with full control and compliance.


Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable advanced capabilities such as automated tagging, redaction, summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle generation, object detection and tracking, intelligent search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial recognition.


Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of SEO, AEO, content, analytics, and product growth, with a clear mandate: turn market demand into discoverable content and convert organic visibility into qualified pipeline and revenue.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and RevOps to ensure our content, messaging, and product positioning align with real-world buyer intent.


AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)


The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the organic growth strategy across SEO, AEO, and inbound channels
  • Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
  • Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements
  • Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Optimize content for search engines and AI answer platforms (Google SGE, AI search, featured snippets)
  • Drive visibility for high-intent, use-case, and decision-stage queries
  • Translate organic insights into clear feedback for Product (feature demand, terminology, emerging use cases)
  • Ensure alignment between market demand, content strategy, and product positioning
  • Optimize organic journeys from first touch demo revenue
  • Partner with RevOps on attribution, lifecycle tracking, and reporting

Tools & Execution

  • Hands-on with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot
  • SEO / AEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SERP tracking tools)
  • Own experimentation, dashboards, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Communicate insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams

Success Metrics

  • Growth in organic & AI-driven discovery for high-intent queries
  • Organic-sourced MQLs, SQLs, and revenue
  • Conversion improvements across organic funnels
  • Actionable market insights influencing GTM and product decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in organic growth, SEO, or inbound growth
  • Proven experience with AEO and modern search behavior
  • Strong B2B SaaS or regulated-market experience
  • Ability to connect search demand content revenue
  • Comfortable influencing Product and GTM strategy with data
